How to use ‘Split Bill’ efficiently to save money

There’s always this one friend who is always fired up while planning a trip. He’d be the first one to say yes to any plan, any idea. Finally, the day comes when you are all set for the trip, are out on the road, and the time comes to pay for say, fuel or food. While everyone else would happily contribute their share, there’s this one friend who would never have money to pay, EVER! And he comes up with the same old boring excuse, “I don’t have money now, I’ll pay you guys later”. It’s time to do away with these excuses and Split Bills even if you don’t have cash.

Here’s how you can split your bills with ease:

  1. Open your Freecharge app & click on ‘Split Bill’
  2. Next, add the total amount you want to split and select the people you want to split it with (Max 10)
  3. Add in the occasion you want to split it for and a notification is then sent to the selected people with your request.
  4. A tap on the app and voila! The money is split and paid!

There should be a function just reverse of split bill function that is multiple bills/ recharge may be amalgamated and may paid in one transaction. A virtual payment cart may be created in this respect where customer can drop their multiple bills/ recharges after choosing respective option i.e. along with bill pay option there may be provided an additional button like multipay/ add to payment cart by applying which all bills will be added in cart from where payment can be done in single transaction. Validity of cart after adding bill should be limited to avoid unnecessary server overload. As soon as confirmation received from service provider regarding bill paid/ recharge done forwarded the same to customer for information.
