Update your KYC details with FreeCharge!

As per RBI guidelines, we’ve been asked to inform our users to update KYC for their FreeCharge account. So we’re doing exactly that!

    Hi I am ajeet many time try to update kyc but all time is one problem vailid name provide
    So app developers is requested plz solved the problem and add addhar no kyc ya mini kyc bugs solved

    Hi, I am Anuj. I unable to update my KYC. ITs always display submitted. Pls help me. i also mail to your care team but not giving any response even your call center number also not connected.

      Currently, the option is available on Android, website & m-site only.

      Please follow the below steps

      Click on “Update”

      Choose any one of the ID proof options-

      1) Voter ID (10 -alpha numeric number)
      2) PAN card (10 -alpha numeric number)
      3) Passport (8 – alpha numeric number)

      Enter the details as it appears in the ID and verify the same before you click on “Submit” button.

      After updating KYC successfully, you will get the “Congratulations” message.

    I updated my KYC and it was accepted by you and later on when applied a coupon code, it blocks to use it and says suspicious activity detected.This happens to me my family members also and all of them have uploaded their KYC.Pls let us know how to quit from free charge and stop receiving offer messages.thanks.

    This is a best costumer App i believe, i experienced in last few years than others, just need to open FREECHARGE CENTER ( FREECHARGE CAFE) NO NEED FOR MUCH DISCOUNT, near every Metro or near Big Office like Cyber City Offices, just making ORRANGE theme Offices like Airtel(RED) and gave them a new facility to open a Bank Account in which FC is getting all facility… Thanks

    I have updated KYC to my freecharge account. However it shows as submitted only, but still it not validated/approved by freecharge team, hence unable to get cashback. Who can help to validate my KYC?
