Currently, the option is available on Android, website & m-site only.
Please follow the below steps
Click on “Update”
Choose any one of the ID proof options-
1) Voter ID (10 -alpha numeric number)
2) PAN card (10 -alpha numeric number)
3) Passport (8 – alpha numeric number)
Enter the details as it appears in the ID and verify the same before you click on “Submit” button.
After updating KYC successfully, you will get the “Congratulations” message.

I updated my KYC and it was accepted by you and later on when applied a coupon code, it blocks to use it and says suspicious activity detected.This happens to me my family members also and all of them have uploaded their KYC.Pls let us know how to quit from free charge and stop receiving offer messages.thanks.

We understand that you are concerned about the status “Submitted – Pending” under your KYC details. Please be assured that your KYC document is successfully submitted, and you can continue using your FreeCharge account as usual.
The KYC status in your account should reflect as “!Submitted”. In case your profile shows “Submitted – Pending”, please update FreeCharge App and check. Alternatively, you may also log-in to your profile in FreeCharge website and check.

We deeply regret that you are facing trouble with our app, Saipriya! As per new RBI guidelines, please note that transfer to other FreeCharge account holders is disabled along with the withdrawal option and shall be available only for Full-KYC users. The same shall be launched shortly and you shall be notified.
